Where to get started with your new website

One of the biggest challenges we see facing small businesses is how to get a website and email addresses. All while not having to become an expert in all the technical details involved.

There are a lot of services in the market offering a simple website with very little fuss.  However, not all of these come with email addresses.  Business owners often end up having to work with a number of suppliers to get everything set up.

Things like domain name registration, DNS settings, website hosting, email hosting. Then there is the worry that comes with download quota’s and bandwidth limits that can see your site go offline.

If business owners don’t have the time, desire or skill to become experts in these areas, they need to rely upon a service provider that does as many, if not all, of these things.

The other challenge we see facing small business owners is when their business grows. When this happens they may also want to grow their website features or functionality.  They then find out their website provider either can’t grow with them or they end up charging quite a lot for additional features.

These were just 2 of the design challenges and thinking that went into the creation of Host Local.  Above all else, we wanted the process of setting up a website to be simple yet also flexible enough to cater to the needs of a growing business.

So how do I get started?

Just sign up online and spin up a WordPress website in a matter of minutes. The process allows you to register your domain name and sets up your website. It configures your DNS and email server and sends you an email when it’s all done.

You can also reach out to us and we’d be happy to chat more about your hosting needs.

Also, if you work for an agency who does lots of customer websites, Host Local is designed to allow you to manage all the hosting from one place, with email addresses included.
